Visited in July 2020 The Ship Inn is just under a mile from the apron at Weybourne airfield, walking via the driveway of the Muckleburgh Collection and along the A149. There is no footpath or pavement along the A149 and there is no access to the airfield from the coastal path, so the ONLY access to the airfield is via the driveway. Weybourne is the smallest WWII RAF aerodrome, now operated by the Muckleburgh Collection military museum. The museum is a must. It has a café or you can stroll into Weybourne to the Ship Inn. The Ship Inn has very good food that should suit most tastes. There is a garden at the rear with (at the time of our visit) undercover seating. The shingle beach is just under half a mile along a quiet road with a footpath or pavement for most of the way.
